Rules and Regulations

General Park Rules

  • Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM on weekdays and 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM on weekends. Please respect other guests.
  • All RVs and sites must be well-maintained and fully operational.
  • Trash disposal: Use the dumpster located at the right-side entrance for bagged, household trash only. No oversized items or overnight trash is allowed.
  • Permanent structures, including sheds, clotheslines, fencing, decks, freezers/refrigerators, or dog kennels/pens, are not permitted unless pre-approved by management.
  • Subleasing of sites is strictly prohibited.
  • Major vehicle or RV repairs are not allowed on-site.
  • Open campfires are prohibited. Fire pits in good condition are allowed, but must never be left unattended.
  • Please avoid placing rugs or mats on grass to preserve lawn health.
  • Clutter must not be stored under or around your RV.
  • Do not feed or touch livestock on adjacent properties. Violations may result in enforcement actions.
  • Do not attempt repairs on water, electrical, or septic connections; report any issues to management.
  • Monthly renters and guests are responsible for any damage or injury caused by themselves, their children, or pets.
  • Bigfoot’s Hideaway is not responsible for personal injury, property damage, loss, or theft of vehicles or personal items.

All RVs must meet safety and operational standards, regardless of age. Poorly maintained RVs may be denied check-in. Guests are encouraged to provide photos or information prior to arrival. Criteria for acceptable condition include:

  • Regular maintenance and repairs
  • Minimal wear and tear relative to age and mileage
  • No major safety or functional defects
  • Limited cosmetic imperfections
  • Boats and horse trailers are allowed in extended parking areas if in good condition. Additional charges may apply.

Playground Rules

  • Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • All standard playground safety rules apply.
  • Bigfoot’s Hideaway is not responsible for injuries on the playground; play at your own risk.

Pet Policy

  • Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
  • Pets must be on a leash when outside designated areas.
  • Pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations, with documentation available upon request.
  • Pet owners are responsible for the behavior of their animals.
  • Pets may not be left unattended outside.
  • Only indoor cats are permitted.
  • Non-traditional pets (other than cats or dogs) require prior approval from management.
